Remote-Connex Objective

| Remote-Connex allows
real time connection to equipment. Communication
is facilitated in both directions, that is,
the business systems can initiate communications
with the equipment and the equipment to the
business systems. This allows control well
beyond the “equipment as master”
systems currently available. The controller
operates and monitors the operations, allowing
users to perform various predefined functions.
This also allows for interpretation of the
detailed information from the device, especially
fault data and operational data. |
Information such
as fault data can be transmitted out to relevant
people as SMS, Desktop Alerts, Fax or email.
Remote-Connex integrates seamlessly with other
Streben products and can giving businesses
the power to provide customers with proactive
service delivery as reactive service delivery
involves equipment downtime and potential
business losses.
Possibilities are endless, when equipments
are powered by Remote-Connex.
