Field Management Objective

FMS is designed to manage the operations between the filling van and the vending machine. This is achieved by using
an advanced mobile phone unit as a communication business tool. Not only is the phone used in its traditional sense for
communicating with your fillers, but it becomes a powerful data collection device. Furthermore, depending on the
model of phone selectedGPSdata can be utilized to track your fillers exact position.
Sales data is collected in an efficient manner on the device by counting what products are left in the machine. These
sales are transmitted over the GPRS network into your database. The data is then ready for presentation in a format to
assist you in making informed business decisions about your product range, frequency of filling, fillers whereabouts
and more.
Technology  

Hand Held Units are programmed to work Microsoft Windows Mobile Operating System. The system is designed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 C#.Net Technology.

Assist your fillers by giving them addresses and location details for each fill each day. Manage your fills and routes. Missed fills are carried forward automatically allowing fillers to schedule them into their current day or carry them forward to another day. Introduce flexibility by giving fillers the ability to add fills from other routes or days as required. Prices can be set by fillers and products changed as required. Of course these can also be set by administration at the office.

Sales reporting… monitor your valuable sites, know what your best and worst performing site are.  Know what your biggest increases and decreases are.

Commission generation… save time by generating commissions instantly from the sales data collected remotely.  Various methods are incorporated to give maximum flexibility in managing your accounts.

Product reporting… Know your best and worst selling products and exactly which machines have them in them.

Communicate… set prices, and or product changes from the office.  Fillers are automatically notified of the requisite changes when they are at that machine.

Time sheets… know when and where your information about employees.

Employee tracking … GPS tracking is available when particular mobile units are used and mapping services employed at an extra charge.

Manage routes… machine allocation into routes and assign these routes to individual fillers on any day. Graphical display enhances this task.

Enhance security… by recording coin and sales totals data to enhance variance tracking from machines that support this functionality.
