All operations in our centre are monitored both at
server and service level. You can request any
specific service monitoring of your servers (e.g.
SMTP, disk space, CPU load etcetera). Every
customer has access via the internet to the
monitoring service for their own servers.
24/7 monitored Electronic security, including
recorded video surveillance provides perfect
secure environment for your server.
Access to your servers is available at any time
during normal business hours, including limited
access on weekends. Emergency access is available
24/7 if required at additional cost.
Power Systems
Being a new estate, and close to one of the four
main electricity entry points to Brisbane, Metroplex
does not suffer the electricity problems that have
beset the Brisbane CBD in recent years. We do
however have our own Generator capable of not only
providing power for the data centre itself including
air conditioning, but also for the entire office suite.
Automatic systems bring the generator online within
minutes of power failure. With online fuel storage
and reserve fuel held onsite, operations can
continue for over 24 hours without refuelling. A
local 24 hour fuel depot has further supplies.
All services are supplied via multiple Liebert UPS
with a minimum capacity of half an hour of
operation.
Our Data centre is maintained at constant
temperature by multiple Air conditioning systems,
providing full redundancy even in the hottest part
of the Queensland summer.
